I support the showing of suri alpacas in their natural, pasture clean state.
Suri alpacas are delightful farm animals. We raise them for their lustrous fleece. Encouraging and enforcing pasture-clean conditions for showing suri alpacas will benefit both individual alpaca farms and the national yearly clip. A clean pasture and a clean barn will produce beautiful fleeces and happier animals. So please don't reward owners of highly coiffed alpacas by giving them ribbons.
