AWH Sequoia is named for a reason. Her fleece, just like her mother's, is that indescribable color of the Sequoia Gigantea--the giant of the redwood forest found on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada. It's a magic color that flashed purple at sunset, and is so deep and lustrous that you can almost see into the forest by looking at her fleece.
Sequoia is a sweet girl who likes to give kisses, but her charm doesn't stop there. Her fleece is fine and silky, locked individually, and extremely shiny. She also has that cute touch that Chipotle stamps on all his crias-- a little white snip on her chin, and white socks with black shoes on her front feet.
GLR Chipotle was a multiple champion during his show career, and when we sheared him at 21 months of age, he gave us 17 lbs. of fleece--without counting his leg fleece!! Now that's density that's hard to find anywhere! Chipotle's sire and grandsire-- Synergy and MacGyver--gave him a solid pedigree that will pass muster with even the pickiest breeders!
Sequoia is now breeding to Ppervian Torbio. What an amazing colored cria that should be!
