Clementine's daddy is Pperuvian Torbio, the legend that is continuing at Windy Hill. Torbio was named by Don Julio Barreda as the ideal suri alpaca in the epic importation of Accoyo Suri males by Nola Graham of NGG Alpacas. Over the last 18 years Torbio as proven himself to be the "ultimate" white suri male, stamping his image on cria after cria, both conformationally and with his fleece. Clementine is a fine example of what Torbio brings to the equation.
Cleopatra, Clementine's mama, is a wonderful dam and big, sturdy girl in her own right. She births easily and cares for her crias like nobody's business. Cleo always does her best when we breed her to white Accoyo, and this time is no exception. The really great thing that she brings to the table is her deep color genetics. She carries Lumino, Sedoso, and Blackmail in her lineage, and that means that Clementine, although she has the white Accoyo locks, is carrying LOTS of color, and no doubt will produce both color and white, depending on who she is bred to.
